The registration covers snacks at the meeting on Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, and Thursday lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the meeting logistics.
Advanced registration is required for this meeting so that Cisco can process their visitor processing procedure.
Meeting Location
The meeting will tentatively take place at:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at: Cisco building 7, Cavallo Point conference room (3rd floor), 425 E Tasman Dr, San Jose, CA 95134.

Wednesday at: Cisco building 16, Training room (1st floor), 3003 Bunker Hill Ln, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
Meeting Cost
$150 per person to cover meeting logistics costs, snacks on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Hotel Room Block
We don’t have a fixed hotel room block anymore. However, several hotels are nearby and convient for the Cisco locations, including:
- Crowne Plaza / Silicon Valley (ca. $273 plus tax per night)
- Hilton Garden Inn (ca. $259 plus tax per night)
- Best Western (ca. $239 plus tax per night) (all prices standard rates according to google and without any promisses or guarantees)
