Meeting Registration

Advanced registration is required for this meeting so that Microsoft can process their visitor processing procedure.

Meeting Location

The meeting will take place at the Microsoft facility in the Aon Center, at 200 E. Randolph Drive, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60601, USA.

The Chicago Transit Authority Blue Line train goes from the O’Hare airport (ORD) to stops just a few blocks from the Microsoft facility.

Meeting Cost

$250 per person to cover meeting logistics costs, as well as snacks, and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

A block of rooms is reserved at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel at 1 West Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60601 USA. Rooms blocked at the group rate of $179.00/night from March 9-15, 2012. All reservations must be on or before Friday, February 15, 2013 to receive the special rate. If the room block is sold out, please contact Cheryl Kovacs.
