Meeting Registration
Advanced registration is required for this meeting so that Microsoft can process their visitor processing procedure.
The registration covers snacks at the meeting, lunch on Tuesday, and the meeting logistics.
Meeting Location
The meeting will take place at the Microsoft facility in the Aon Center, at 200 E. Randolph Drive, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60601, USA (marker “B” on the map).
The Chicago Transit Authority Blue Line train goes from the O’Hare airport (ORD) to stops just a few blocks from the Microsoft facility.
Meeting Cost
$125 per person to cover meeting logistics costs. This will cover snacks, and lunch on Tuesday. This is payable by credit card or check made out to the MPI Forum.
Hotel Room Block
Reservations for the Courtyard Chicago Downtown/River North at 30 East Hubbard in Chicago, Illinois will be made by individual attendees directly either through Marriott Reservations at 1-800-321-2211 (ask for MPI Forum May Group Rate) or their website link using group code MPIMPIA.
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Monday, April 12, 2010.
Room Block Name: MPIMPIA. Rate is $211 per night. Room block is for May 3 and 4 only. Attendees wanting to book at the government rate before or after those dates need to call Kari Dawson directly at 312-595-6403.
