Meeting Registration

Advanced registration is required for this meeting. The registration covers snacks and lunch during all three days and the meeting logistics. Advanced registration is required for this meeting so that Microsoft can process their visitor processing procedure.

Meeting Location

The meeting will take place at the Microsoft facility in downtown Chicago, IL (200 E. Randolph Drive, Suite 200, Chicago, IL).

The Chicago Transit Authority Blue Line train goes from the O’Hare airport (ORD) to stops just a few blocks from the Microsoft facility.

Meeting Cost

There is a $150 fee per person to cover meeting logistics costs, as well lunch and snacks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Hotels

There are several hotels in walking distance to the meeting location downtown Chicago. At this point we are not planning to arrange a hotel block, but if this causes problems for anyone, please let us know. Note, the conference hotel for EuroMPI/USA is NOT in downtown Chicago, but rather in the Chicago subburbs close to ANL (30-45min car ride from downtown Chicago).
